Getting started with Faqify is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account and begin transforming your support data into a comprehensive knowledge base.
Step 1: Sign Up
- Visit the Faqify website
- Click the "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- Click "Create Account"

Step 2: Email Verification
- Check your email inbox for a verification message
- Click the verification link in the email
- Your account will be activated automatically
Note: If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
After verification, you'll be prompted to complete your profile:
- Personal Information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Timezone
- Company Information (optional for now):
- Company Name
- Website
- Description
- Country

Step 4: Choose Your Role
Select your role to help us customize your experience:

After creating your account:
- Set up your company profile (if you haven't already)
