Step-by-Step Connection
Step 1: Access Data Sources
- Log into your Faqify account
- Navigate to "Data Sources" in the sidebar
- Click "Connect Source" button

Step 2: Select Your Platform
- Choose your ticketing system from the list
- Click on the platform you want to connect
- Review the platform information
- Click "Connect" to proceed

Step 3: Authenticate
The authentication process varies by platform:
OAuth Authentication (Recommended)
- Click "Connect with [Platform]"
- You'll be redirected to your platform's login page
- Log in with your platform credentials
- Authorize Faqify to access your data
- You'll be redirected back to Faqify
API Token Authentication
- Enter your API token or credentials
- Provide your subdomain (if required)
- Test the connection
- Save the connection

Step 4: Complete Setup
- Review your configuration
- Click "Save and Connect"
- Wait for initial sync to complete (this can take a couple of hours)
